UpdatesWelcome Back to School! Thank you for taking the time to check out our new website. We hope this will be helpful in keeping you updated with what’s happening at GES.
As you can see, our new Multipurpose room is on it’s way! We are excited about this improvement to our campus and look forward to when it is completed in September. In the meantime, we will continue to serve quality lunches and provide a comfortable eating space for our students. This construction project is teaching us all a lesson about flexibility! :) We are thrilled to be implementing the social-emotional program TOOLBOX this year. The intention of this program is to give “children, teachers, parents, and schools a common language and the Tools necessary to form a cohesive, collaborative, non-violent, and caring community which leads to hope for a meaningful and positive future.” We felt that this would compliment the vision that we are building for our school (see About page for details). In addition to many of our enrichment programs from last year, we will be starting a new music program for all students with experienced and dynamic music teacher, Andrew DeVeny.
