Hiring for January -
​Elementary School Teacher (TK – 5th Grade)

Position begins January 8, 2025 Teachers are the heart of Geyserville Elementary School. They are responsible for the direct instruction of students (their primary duty), as well as planning instruction and setting goals. They will actively collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to provide current and engaging learning experiences for students. Teachers at GES should be committed to culturally responsive teaching practices and adept at supporting multilingual learners.

Coaches Needed for Middle and High School Athletics

Current Coaching Positions Required:
​MS Girls Volleyball (One team with 7th/8th graders) Season is 12/5-2/21
MS Cross Country Season is 9/26-11/1
HS Varsity Boys Basketball Season is 11/4-2/15
Under the supervision of the principal or designee, our coaches are responsible for coaching Middle and High School level athletics.  The duties of this position involve a wide variety of responsibilities, including teaching specific techniques and skills and overseeing the safety of students. The coach coordinates practice times and develops a calendar with the Athletic Director.

We call our Classified Subs whenever we need a little help in the classroom, the office, and the cafeteria. Our subs help fill in custodial services and drive our transportation vans. The goal of Geyserville New Tech Academy (GNTA) and Geyserville Elementary School (GES) is to guide its students through a meaningful and challenging standards based curriculum. As a result, each graduate will become a lifelong learner, capable of developing and planning a course of action; and have the perseverance and competency to succeed. GUSD students utilize various technologies to access and manage information, and create final projects for presentations. Students experience an interdisciplinary curriculum driven by a common core reflecting various disciplines. Students concentrate on effective communication, complex thinking and high standards of performance. We strive is to enable students to develop a positive vision of themselves, and to become responsible, independent, self-directed learners.
